Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive Officer 
 
Location: Kado Estate, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time 
 
Job Description 
 
The Showroom Sales Rep will be expected to welcome walk-in clients into the showroom, take them around the showroom and introduce company products and services. 
Develop alot of Quotations on Ms Excel for clients before payments are done. 
Facilitate payments through the use of transfers and using the company POS machines. 
Prepare invoices using Microsoft NAV software and communicate with warehouse before supplies are done. 
Keep records of clients information and payments. 
Form interpersonal relationships with clients and follow up with clients from time to time. 
Prepare daily and monthly sales and expected sales reports to be sent to the Branch manager occasionally. 
Answer office phone and respond to all incoming inquiries. 
Monitor and respond to incoming emails. 
Type and send official letters on MS Word when required. 
Ability to Multitask when required and be a good team player. 
Will work on Saturdays (10am to 5pm) 
Educational Qualification 
 
Must be a graduate qualification (B.Sc) in any field and must have completed National Youth Service 
Must have working experience (1-3 years) 
Requirements 
 
Must be Female from age 25-30 years.(Foreigners have an added advantage) 
Must be a resident of the FCT and its environs. 
Must be eloquent and speak good English. 
Must be presentable and have a good dress sense 
Must have been trained using Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel 
Remuneration 
N70,000 / Month.
